Ingredients
2 c almond flour
6 tbsp arrowroot powder
1/4 c golden flaxseed meal
2 tbsp tapioca starch
3/4 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 c olive oil
4 large eggs
1/2 c water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease muffin pan with coconut oil or spray.
- Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Spoon approximately 1/4 cup of batter into each muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
