Ingredients

  • 2 c almond flour

  • 6 tbsp arrowroot powder

  • 1/4 c golden flaxseed meal

  • 2 tbsp tapioca starch

  • 3/4 tsp sea salt

  • 3/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 c olive oil

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 c water

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease muffin pan with coconut oil or spray.
  • Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Spoon approximately 1/4 cup of batter into each muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
