2 medium persimmons, cubed
2-3 apples, cubed
1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup cassava flour
1/4 cup arrowroot powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Chop persimmons and apples into bite sized pieces and place in a medium bowl.
- Mix in lemon juice, arrowroot, and spices. Pour into a glass baking pan.
- In a small bowl, mix all topping ingredients. Spread evenly on top of the filling.
- Bake for 45 minutes until topping is golden brown.
